Travel to school

Planning your school travel is easy. There are a range of safe transport options to get to our school. Check our location map, driving details and public transport options to help make the journey to school safe and easy. There is street parking on Ballandella Rd, Derbyshire Ave and Blain St. Please be mindful to keep residents driveways clear.

Catching public transport

Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.

Catching a bus

We do not have a school bus that drops directly to the school. The closest bus stop is on Bungaree Rd near Blain St.

Catching a train

The school is situated between Pendle hill and Toongabbie train stations from there it is approx a 10min walk.

Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school
• never calling your child from across the road
• using the safest place to cross the road.

For parents and carers of younger children

Discuss with your child how to be safe when:

• walking
• in the car
• waiting for, travelling on, and getting off the bus
• riding bikes, scooters and skateboards.

Also talk about and practise:

• safe travel routes
• plans for when unexpected things happen

Parking on school grounds

Due to the limited amount of parking and the Assisted Travel Program there is no parking available on school grounds.
